Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), Rajbhasha Service and Legal Service in National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).

AGE LIMIT
— The candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01-01-2020. The candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1990 and not later than 01-01-
1999.
— Maximum 3 years of Age Relaxation for OBC candidates.
— Maximum 5 years of Age Relaxation for SC and ST candidates and for Ex-servicemen candidates.
— Maximum 10 years of Age Relaxation for PWBD candidates.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

A. Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS) Posts
1. General Post
— Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Degree or Ph.D. in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks. — Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary with Bachelor's
degree or 2 year full time P.G. Diploma in Management or full time MBA degree
from Institutions recognized by GOI or UGC with Bachelor's Degree.

2. General Agriculture Post
— Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture or Soil Science or Agronomy with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised University or Institution.

3. Agriculture Engineering Post
— Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised University or Institution.

4. Food or Dairy Processing Post
— Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate Degree in Food Processing or Food Technology or Dairy Sciences or Dairy Technology with 50% marks from a recognized University or Institution.

5. Land Development-Soil Science Post
— Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture or Soil Science or Agronomy with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University or Institution.

6. Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science Post
— Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate Degree with Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering with 50% marks from a recognized University or Institution.

7. Agriculture Marketing or Agriculture Business Management Post
— Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Degree, MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture Marketing or Agriculture Business Management with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University or Institution.

8. Geo Informatics Post
— BE, B.Tech, BSC, ME, M.Tech or MEC degree in Geo Informatics with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University.

9. Agricultural Economics or Economics Post
— Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Economics or Agriculture Economics with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University.

10. Information Technology Post
— Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Applications or Information Technology with 50% marks from a recognized University.

11. Chartered Accountant Post
— Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

12. Company Secretary Post
— Bachelor’s degree with Associate membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

13. Finance Post
— BBA or BMS Degree in Finance and Banking or Post Graduate Diploma in Management or MBA Degree in Finance or Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 50% marks from Universities recognized by GoI or UGC.

14. Human Resource Management Post
— BBA, BBM, BMS or Post Graduate Diploma or MBA Degree in Human Resources Management with 50% marks from recognized University or Institute.

15. Statistics Post
— Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Statistics with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University.

B. Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RAJBHASHA) Posts
— Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree from a recognised university in English or Hindi medium with a minimum of 50% marks.

C. Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (LEGAL SERVICE) Posts
— Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by Bar council of India for the purpose of
enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized Institution.

NUMBER OF VACANIES
— Total 150 Vacanies for various Posts are Recruited in NABARD.

SALARY RANGE
— Salary starts from 30,000 RS. to 60,000 RS. per month with Dearness Allownace, House Rent Allowance and Grade Allowance.

SELECTION PROCESS
— Total 3 Phases will be conducted by NABARD for the selection of candidates.
— Phase 1 consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 200 Marks.
— Phase 2 consists of Descriptive Questions of 400 Marks.
— Phase 3 consists of Interview of 25 Marks.
